Product classification

The Shower Shirt is classified as a Class 1 medical device. For clinical and hygienic reasons, any item that has been worn/used, washed, altered, or is missing original tags/packaging—or shows damage or unusual odor—is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return & exchange window

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery by emailing hello@theshowershirt.com with your order number. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 10-day window.

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original condition with all tags attached

• Free of damage and unusual odors

Exchanges

The Shower Shirt only accepts sizing exchanges.

Restocking fee

Eligible returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

Warranty

The Shower Shirt products include a 3-month limited warranty.
